How does BigHal differ from other translators?
BigHal is the first easy to use translator that works with your regular messenger application of choice. It's an add-on to your messenger, so you do not need to have a translator running separately from your messenger.
How do I install it?
All you need to do is download the software and run it. BigHal will automatically add itself to the pre-existing messenger applications that you've chosen.
Is it a separate application, or does it run with my messenger?

Is there a monthly fee to use the application?
If you pre-order BigHal, you are registered for life, and you only have to pay one flat rate of $9.95. The price of BigHal will be increasing after the product is released to the public.
If I pre-order BigHal, do I get upgrades and add-ons to the program for free, or do I have to pay for those?
If you pre-order and pay your one time fee of $9.95, you are entitled to all add-ons and upgrades that we produce for the program free of charge.
How well does the translator work (Will my friend in France laugh at what’s being sent to them)?
BigHal uses the best translation technology available to execute its translations. As is the case with all translated languages, culturally specific phrases sometimes get lost in translation. GlyphChat will help you get your point across quickly and concisely.

Am I still able to run my messenger normally without the BigHal translator?
BigHal can be turned on or off to suite your needs. If you do not require a translator, click off and keep chatting. Your messenger will run normally.

Do I have to purchase one translator for each of the languages that I want to translate to/from?
No, BigHal comes pre-installed with all the language packs available. As updates become available, you will be able to easily download and install them into the BigHal program.
I can’t run any messenger services at work, is there an alternative I can use?
Big Hal has a web interface instant messaging feature for those who can not run an IM service at work. Like the BigHal application you can use any major instant messaging account to log in.
There are lots of free translators on the web, why should I pay for this one?
